Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential for independence, productivity, and quality of life.
About the Role:This is a PRN position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal mobility and function.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing personalized treatment plans to address these needs.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a range of interventions, including exercise, education, and adaptive equipment.
- Intervention Delivery: Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise, and education, to promote optimal mobility and function.
- Evaluation and Progression: Regularly evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current OT licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
