Salary
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.75, with on-demand pay options available, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with a 3% company match for full-time employees.
Job Description
As a Caregiver Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their personal hygiene, assisting with daily living activities, and helping them navigate complex needs. You will develop real, meaningful relationships with the people you serve, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
