Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during your supervisory shift.

• Act as a resource for all staff members regarding the quality of services offered.

• Provide direct resident care as needed; demonstrate the ability to administer medications and treatments promptly and in accordance with facility policies; show proficiency in receiving, transcribing, and executing physician orders, as permitted by the Nurse Practice Act.

• Effectively oversee nursing personnel during your shift to minimize the use of overtime and agency staff.

• Evaluate the performance of nursing staff in relation to unit standards of care and objectives.

• Conduct regular staff meetings during each shift and provide updates to the Director of Nursing.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program and hold a valid license in the state of practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.

• Current BLS/CPR certification is required (for all SNFs; ALFs as mandated by state regulations).
