Car Sales Finance Director

The Car Sales Finance Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and excellence in retail sales, finance, and sales team management. This position requires a strong leader who can manage and lead the sales team, drive strong CRM metric accountability, achieve KPI targets, and support digital retailing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and Lead the Sales Team: Direct and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, manage and lead the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Strong CRM Metric Accountability: Ensure the sales team is utilizing CRM tools effectively to track and manage customer interactions, sales pipeline, and business performance.
- Achieve KPI Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth targets.
- Support Digital Retailing Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales team to implement digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy, to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Ensure Completion of Finance Deal Packages: Work with the sales team to ensure timely completion of finance deal packages, follow up on missing documents, and pending deals.
- Support Finance and Insurance Process: Collaborate with the sales team to support the finance and insurance process, including processing and metrics.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Equivalent experience in car sales management or a related field.
- Experience in Auto Dealership and Car Sales: Proven experience in auto dealership and car sales, including experience in auto financing and car sales regulations.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business needs and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
