We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Rose Mart. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
• Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively merchandising products and promoting sales.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle customer transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
