Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Alvin Independent School District. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess students with speech, language, fluency, or voice disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans to address communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Provide training and support to staff on communication strategies and techniques
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Intern (CFY) preferred
  • Experience working with students with communication disorders
