Position Overview:
This role is for a dedicated and motivated individual to take on the responsibilities of a full-time lead custodian within the educational sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of custodial staff, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of school facilities and grounds.
  • Perform maintenance tasks during the summer months as required.
  • Monitor and check boiler systems, ensuring proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Prepare and dismantle materials for various events held at the facilities.

Work Environment:
This position is year-round and offers competitive compensation along with benefits. The work is conducted under the limited supervision of the Director of Building and Grounds.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be flexible with their work hours, including availability for some weekend shifts. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. A willingness to obtain a boiler license is essential.
