Role Summary
As schools reopen, INTERCARE is actively seeking individuals for entry-level positions focused on behavioral support within educational settings.
Compensation: $23.00 per hour – Flexible full-time and part-time options available.

Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated passion for working with children
- High School Diploma is mandatory
- Previous experience with children is preferred
- Availability during standard school hours (7:30am – 3:30pm)
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not essential
- Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Immunization records and TB test results are required
- Background screening will be conducted
Physical Demands:
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, crouch, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Engagement in activities with children that may require being on the floor or in child-sized environments
- Vigilance in ensuring the safety of children and their surroundings
- Capability for quick movements as necessary
- Potential for sustained physical activity for up to 45 minutes
