Role Summary

As schools reopen, INTERCARE is actively seeking individuals for entry-level positions focused on behavioral support within educational settings.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour – Flexible full-time and part-time options available.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated passion for working with children
  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Previous experience with children is preferred
  • Availability during standard school hours (7:30am – 3:30pm)
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not essential
  • Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Immunization records and TB test results are required
  • Background screening will be conducted

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, crouch, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Engagement in activities with children that may require being on the floor or in child-sized environments
  • Vigilance in ensuring the safety of children and their surroundings
  • Capability for quick movements as necessary
  • Potential for sustained physical activity for up to 45 minutes
