**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Operator. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of fluid products from tanker trucks into our storage tanks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) on each tanker and silo, maintaining accurate documentation of each process
* Gather samples of raw milk from tanker trucks for testing and quality control
* Weigh tanker trucks on scales and verify proper temperature of milk, recording weight and temperature readings
* Report any food safety and quality issues to management immediately
* Maintain a safe working environment for employees and adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety
* Follow DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in accordance with corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
* Familiarity with dairy industry regulations and practices
