Therapeutic Caregiver

Dream Big Children's Center is seeking a qualified Therapeutic Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced therapists and behavior consultants to provide individualized care and support to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
The primary responsibilities of this position include implementing behavior therapy plans, developing relationships with children and their families, and collecting data on child progress. You will also collaborate with our clinical team during meetings and attend ongoing trainings and in-service sessions.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
