  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data-related inquiries and decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and reporting tools.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to data analysis processes and reporting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of producing data-driven reports.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to create compelling data visualizations and presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Possess or ability to obtain a Q level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with the Department of Energy is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in assessing training programs and implementing validation metrics.

Location: This is a full-time onsite position in Albuquerque, NM.

Salary: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
