About the Role

This position requires a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide personalized support and care to our young patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including performing ADLs, obtaining clinical data, and recording results in the medical record.
  • Provide direct patient care services, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the State of NH.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
