Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain public cloud and on-premises VoIP systems
  • Implement long-term goals of tooling and automation of operation and maintenance
  • Solve repetitive and standardized tasks and operations to meet various scenarios of operation and maintenance demand
  • Participate in architecture or program design, assist in DevOps implementation of VoIP-related product projects
  • Combine business development to continuously optimize and improve overall productivity and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot all problems related to VoIP, SBC, PSX, etc.
  • Responsible for production platform monitoring alarm/fault analysis/automated operation and maintenance tools
  • Improve the system and service monitoring system, log management system
  • Understand cutting-edge technology and promote DevOps technology evolution and technological innovation
  • Design and write VoIP automated tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation
  • 5 years of experience in telephone system and SIP technology; VoIP, RTP, SRTP, Networking, TCP/TLS protocol; Cloud Platform solution, AWS, OCI; Linux, Redis, MySQL, Keepalive, LVS, etc.; and WebRTC, P2P, STUN, TURN
