Project Manager

Achieve success as a skilled Project Manager at ACL Digital, driving projects forward with expertise and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Management
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clarity and precision
    • Create project plans, schedules, and timelines that meet stakeholder expectations
    • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings to ensure project progress
    • Prepare and distribute progress reports to stakeholders
    • Communicate plan deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum
    • Establish and manage a well-defined project management process to ensure efficiency
    • Champion continuous process improvement to enhance project outcomes
  • Risk/Issue Management & Mitigation
    • Identify, track, and comprehensively document project risks and issues
    • Assess potential impact of identified risks and issues to inform mitigation strategies
    • Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
    • Proactively address risks to maintain project progress and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Team Management & Team Building
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment to drive project success
    • Hold teams accountable for commitments and ensure alignment with project objectives
    • Remove roadblocks and impediments that hinder team progress
    • Leverage organizational resources to improve team and individual capacity for project work
Requirements
  • Project Management
    • Extensive experience in varying project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, or Kanban
    • Expertise in PPM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, including diagramming tools like Miro or Visio
    • Proficiency in software development tools like JIRA and Confluence
    • Ability to translate technical and design tasks into project plans and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Performance in Complex Situations
    • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive relationships
    • Expertise in managing conflicts and resolving disputes among diverse stakeholders
    • Strong problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to move projects forward
    • Skilled in drawing out unexpressed dependencies, requirements, and expectations
  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field
    • PMP certification
    • 3+ years of leadership experience
    • Experience with web management content systems like SiteCore
    • Exposure to various technology platforms and services, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, Power Platform, ForgeRock, and Google Analytics
