**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the daily operations of the 3K and Pre K classrooms, including classroom management and supervision.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical, social, and emotional growth in young learners.
  • Prepare and implement activities that foster a love of learning and promote cognitive development.
  • Provide materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in active play.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum completed Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled in a Master's program for Early Childhood Education.
  • Previous 3K/PreK experience strongly preferred.
  • Good organization, communication, and writing skills.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about working with children.
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Ability to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and management.
  • Ability to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist high.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • $55,000 to $68,652 per year (over 10 months).
