Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Navigator - Orthopedic Surgery. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the care of orthopedic surgical patients, ensuring continuity of care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

As a Nurse Navigator, you will work closely with referring physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide resources, education, and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within the Munson Health Care system and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make independent judgments directing patient care. A high-level understanding of complex chronic disease management and experience working in a similar role are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement opportunities.
