Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement patient care strategies as delegated by the Department Manager.
  • Utilize your nursing expertise to provide and manage care for patients and their families.
  • Organize and direct departmental activities under the guidance of the department manager.
  • Exercise independent judgment in critical situations and take necessary actions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Registered Nurse – Must hold a valid license in the state of Iowa.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a staff nurse is required.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
