About the Role

We are seeking an experienced security professional to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our resort safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and employees, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests, residents, and employees with vehicle-related issues, such as jump-starts, unlocks, and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Provide basic first aid response and enact general emergency procedures in accordance with resort policies.
  • Manage and resolve customer service issues, including tier-two issues transferred from other departments.
  • Enforce all property regulations and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Investigate incidents and write and file reports as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid US driver's license required.
  • Extensive customer service skills and experience required.
  • Clean driving record and background check required.
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification required.
  • Able to obtain Advanced First Aid Certification within 3 months of employment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Great interpersonal skills required.
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to bend, crawl, climb, lift, kneel, and crouch.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Able to remain flexible in schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay range: $21.50 - $24.00.
