Job DescriptionRole Overview

As a Senior Service Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and provide top-notch repairs for our clients' vehicles. You will be responsible for determining and discussing vehicle issues with customers, diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, and communicating directly with service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Determine vehicle issues and discuss with customers and service advisors.
  2. Diagnose and repair automotive systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
  3. Perform quality inspections of vehicles before returning them to customers.
  4. Communicate effectively with service advisors to inform customers of any additional service needs.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $155,000 based on 2000 hours worked annually at $75.00 per hour. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, cancer insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, paid training, short/long term disability, and employee purchase program.
