Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Travel to various job sites, coordinating with dispatch to adhere to schedules and communicate any delays.
  • Be available for night and weekend shifts on a rotating basis for emergency situations.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, including refueling, reporting issues, and completing inspection forms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, interact with homeowners, process payments, and communicate information clearly.
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
  • Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an HVAC trade school or relevant continuing education.

  • Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping required.
  • Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces, including attics and ladders.
  • Capable of carrying heavy items up and down stairs.
  • Ability to endure extreme weather conditions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with technical knowledge.
  • Adaptability to workplace stress and customer service challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices.
