Club Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness in Topeka.

This part-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling member inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Greet members and guests with a smile and ensure a positive first impression of our club.
• Check-in members and guests efficiently and accurately.
• Facilitate communication of special events and promotions to members.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that makes members feel valued.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Child/Infant CPR Certification preferred.

• Lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, bend, and squat frequently.
