Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Goods Reception: Accurately receive and verify the quality and quantity of all items delivered from various carriers.
  • Delivery Inspection: Cross-check deliveries against supplier documentation and inspect for any damages.
  • Material Verification: Unpack and organize materials to ensure they correspond with supplier paperwork.
  • RF System Utilization: Efficiently process incoming materials using the RF system, ensuring proper staging and storage.
  • Discrepancy Reporting: Inform Customer Service of significant discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions in accordance with company policy.
  • Skid Wrapping: Wrap skids manually and with the use of a Stretch Wrap Machine.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Uphold a clean and safe working environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other warehouse-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Safety-conscious mindset.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience or certification in operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Capability to safely and effectively use ladders.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periods.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with RF systems is advantageous.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Adaptability to various weather conditions in the warehouse and loading dock.
