We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team, where you will play a key role in delivering a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and registering guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assisting guests with check-out and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our hotel facilities and services.
- Using upselling techniques to promote our hotel services and facilities, thereby maximizing room occupancy.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
