Dietitian Consultant

At DiningRD, we're seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide nutrition services to seniors in skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
• Participate in care planning and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide oversight to the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Qualifications:

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred, but we'll consider many factors
