Ultrasound Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our team at Care of Women. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality images and documentation of tests, adhering to strict medical standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Order and stock ultrasound supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience as an ultrasound technologist/sonographer.
  • Certification in diagnostic ultrasound, in accordance with state regulations (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS).
