Behavior Therapist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting students' behavioral development within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive student outcomes
• Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment
• Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress, providing valuable insights for continued growth and improvement
• Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies and support the development of individualized plans
• Utilize excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with prior experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed in reaching their full potential
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality services and support

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
