About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, you will deliver expert care in a demanding high-acuity environment. Your role will involve assessing, monitoring, and managing patients who are critically ill with cardiovascular issues. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVICU.
2. Assess patients' cardiovascular conditions, monitor cardiac rhythms, and administer prescribed medications.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
4. Perform advanced cardiac monitoring and interventions, including hemodynamic assessments and ventilator management.
5. Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, treatment options, and post-discharge care strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS certification (and any other certifications as required)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
