LCB Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Associate at The Residence at Five Corners. We invite you to explore this opportunity.

**Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities Available**

**Competitive Pay: $17/hr - $19/hr based on experience**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with dining options.
  • Set dining tables according to established standards.
  • Serve beverages to residents and guests as requested.
  • Review the daily menu with residents to enhance their dining experience.
  • Accurately take and deliver meal orders to residents and guests.
  • Clear used dishes, utensils, and linens from the dining area as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of dining enhancement activities.
  • Comply with Quality Enhancement standards and food safety protocols.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and themed meals.
  • Introduce new residents to the dining options, seating arrangements, and hours of service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including carpets, tables, and equipment.
  • Communicate resident preferences to the food service director and/or dining room manager for improved menu planning.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among all staff members.
  • Participate in pre-meal briefings with dining and kitchen staff.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Education: Less than High School education preferred.Physical Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Visual and auditory acuity.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and carry items as needed.
  • Able to push and pull carts, and maintain mobility through walking, sitting, and standing.
  • Flexibility to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend, and reach as tasks require.
  • Good body mechanics are essential.
  • Basic computer skills for typing and data entry.
