Job Overview:
The project involves the installation of an 18-unit reciprocating generating station, which will provide cost-effective and environmentally responsible energy on-demand. This heavy industrial project requires skilled electricians to work on various fronts, including cable tray installation, conduit setup, raceway installation, cable pulling, terminations, and equipment installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install cable trays to support efficient cable management
- Set up rigid conduits, perform cutting, bending, and threading operations
- Raceway installation to ensure safe and organized cable routing
- Pull cables through cable trays and raceways, ensuring proper connectivity
- Terminate multi-conductors to medium voltage connections in all applications
- Install equipment from MCCs to general panels and vendor equipment
- Work on all heavy industrial aspects of the project
Working Conditions:
This role requires working 5-10 hour shifts and occasional Saturdays. The pay rate is up to $37.72 per hour, with an additional per diem allowance of $100. The job is located in Laurel, Montana.
