Requirements
- Experience or certification in forklift operation is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center is required. Candidates should be familiar with warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective teamwork.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, comprehend routine documentation, and engage in basic communication within the organization.
- Capable of handling both structured and unstructured challenges with effective solutions.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and manually handle materials up to 50 pounds during the workday.
