Floral Merchandiser

Tops Friendly Markets is a leading grocery store chain that values excellent customer service.

We are seeking an experienced Floral Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our floral department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, attractive shopping environment.

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to all customers
• Receive, cut, and mark products
• Water live plants and stock shelves/displays
• Prepare customer orders for floral arrangements, balloons, plants, etc.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with a variety of flowers, plants, and other products.
