About the Role

Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide product demonstrations to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience with sales software and tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends.
