The annual base salary range for this position is $40,600.00 - $66,900.00. As part of our comprehensive compensation package, employees are eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programs.

Job Description

This role is part of our formal training program designed to advance to an Auto Claim Representative position. You'll develop skills in investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims on losses of lesser value and complexity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing required training program with a mix of online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions for the inside auto business
  • Working closely with Unit Manager or mentor to promptly resolve assigned claims
  • Delivering consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle
  • Reviewing and analyzing coverage and applying policy conditions, provisions, exclusions, and endorsements for Auto Damage only claims
  • Investigating each claim to obtain relevant facts necessary to determine coverage, causation, extent of liability, and damages
  • Establishing timely and maintaining appropriate claim and expense reserves
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years of work or customer service related experience
  • Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer centric response to all assigned tasks
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy
  • Keyboard skills and Windows proficiency, including Excel and Word
  • Verbal and written communication skills
