About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in their homes or at facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures, including portable x-rays and EKG exams, in a variety of settings.
  • Collect and verify patient information and order documentation prior to procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
  • Operate portable radiologic equipment and determine exposure factors based on patient needs.
  • Process and transmit images, as well as maintain records and visit logs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Take good care of company vehicles and ensure they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Act professionally and exhibit courtesy, friendliness, and a positive attitude when interacting with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Meet state-specific and federal requirements to perform portable x-rays, including registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or a state x-ray license.
  • Have a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds, and walk up and down stairs easily while carrying equipment.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
