Pathologist for Virtual Education

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to school-aged children in Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Diagnosis: Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Therapy and Progress Tracking: Provide therapy sessions, track student progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.
- Screenings and Record-Keeping: Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Tennessee Teaching Certification and SLP license are necessary.
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification is also required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is an asset.
- This is a 1099 school position with guaranteed weekly hours and pay across direct/indirect hours.
- The hourly rate is between $40-$45 per hour.
