Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a K-12 setting, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including hands-on activities and exercises to promote physical and cognitive development
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio or ability to acquire before starting
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
