Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We also prefer candidates with experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for building rapport with clients, providing high-quality care, and accurately measuring and recording data during therapy sessions.
