- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to identify and resolve problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school.
- 2+ years of HVAC residential service experience.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- NATE Certified or obtained within 1 year of employment.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Willingness to invest in basic tools.
- Medical (70% coverage for employees).
- Dental.

Pay Rate: Up to $34.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs. Our service technicians can make up to $40.00/hr with spiffs.
