Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at StepStone Hospitality Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Housekeeping Office at the start of each shift, collect and sign out keys, and return keys at the end of the shift.
  • Clean and maintain assigned rooms daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and checking room equipment.
  • Report any missing items from rooms and notify the supervisor of any equipment in need of repair.
  • Ensure guest safety and well-being by being courteous and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Process lost and found items by taking them to the Housekeeping Office promptly.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Physical stamina for pushing, bending, stooping, and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to pull a minimum of 20 pounds.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
