Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice. As a Per Diem Hospice LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure as a LPN in the State of New Jersey (or Pennsylvania if practicing in PA)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Minimum one year of adult or pediatric medical/surgical clinical experience
  • Prior home care or hospice experience preferred
