Patient Services Representative - Dental

Join Primary Health Solutions as a Patient Services Representative - Dental and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in our dental clinic. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of patient information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register patients, manage appointments, and process patient payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with patient care, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in practice management systems.
