Job Description
CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking beverage orders and verifying age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
  • Communicating effectively with guests and making them feel appreciated.
  • Counting drinks served and being attentive to guests' needs.
  • Working collaboratively with other personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service.
  • Collecting payment for drinks served and balancing cash drawer at the end of the shift.

Requirements:
  • Alcohol Service Certification is preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills to handle money and give correct change.
  • Basic reading skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as standard drink recipes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

Estimated Salary: $28-$38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
