Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for mixology, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare drink orders for guests using measuring systems and specified recipes.
  • Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes and ingredients for cocktails and other beverages.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of mixology techniques and recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
