Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical unit preferred.
- ACLS certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
