Title Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our award-winning team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sales customers' tag and title paperwork is processed in a timely manner and providing assistance to the sales force on tag and title matters.

• Prepare tax and title documents and submit to state authorities
• Verify payoffs on trades and send payoffs/collect titles
• Compile and maintain a complete list of title work still pending using Excel
• Process yearly renewal of dealer tags for stores
• Process titles for auction sales and post receipt checks
• Assist sales and finance departments in ensuring paperwork runs smoothly
• Handle customer and dealership inquiries regarding tag and title issues
• Maintain confidentiality and stay up-to-date on state title guidelines

• Previous experience with dealership tag & title is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy and ability to learn DMS systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask quickly in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a days shift. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a general office environment with air conditioning and lighting.
