Your Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children, teens, families, and foster families, driven by a commitment to their well-being and success.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams within a child welfare setting.
- A master's degree in social work (MSW) or a related field, along with relevant licensure (LCMSW/LMSW).
- Certification in Solutions Based Casework or the willingness to obtain it upon hire.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices in child welfare.
- The ability to navigate complex systems and advocate effectively on behalf of children and families.
