  • Maintain patient confidentiality and protect agency operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Develop and conduct in-service training programs for physical therapy staff.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
