Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Yard Technician to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Yard Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our rental facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Inventory Management: Document incoming and outgoing equipment, and maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Yard and Shop Maintenance: Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning to maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
  • Equipment Demonstration and Loading/Unloading: Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • General Yard and Shop Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Safety Training and PPE: Possess safety training and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand, sit, bend, and stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
