Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our team at Washington Auto Mall. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Parts Sales and Inventory Management: Identify, order, receive, stock, and sell parts to customers while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating efficiently with customers and dealership associates, creating a professional environment, and utilizing merchandise to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
