Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive salaries, including an estimated annual salary of $42,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health plans, 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, paid time off, and an Employee Referral Bonus Program.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, completing documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner, and following established policies and procedures related to your scope of practice. You will also be expected to maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you must have an active, current, unrestricted CNA certification in the state of practice. We value candidates who are committed to caring for patients and partners, and who embody our core values of loving, giving, and caring.
